Sometimes your purchase may take a while longer to arrive on your account. This is often due to a delay along the road between your credit card provider and Google Play.

If your purchase doesn’t arrive soon, close the game and launch it again to make sure your game has a fresh connection. Keep in mind that sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your purchase to arrive in your game.

If you have waited 24 hours and your purchase still hasn't arrived, contact us through the game by taking the following steps:
  1. Enter the game.
  2. Tap on your profile picture.
  3. Tap on 'FAQS & CONTACT US'.
  4. Tap the message icon in the top right corner to write to us.
Make sure to include your purchase receipts containing their Transaction IDs. The Transaction IDs start with the letters GPA. Once we have your message we'll be able to look into your purchase issue and will get back to you as soon as we can!
