You are able to recover your account using Game Center or Google Play account in case you have deleted the application or you are transferring your game to another device.

In case you do not have your account synced to your Game Center or Google Play, please contact us from the in-game Settings, label your message as "I lost my account and provide us with the following information:
  • In-game player name of original game
  • In-game player level of original game
  • Name of group from original game (if applicable)
  • Platform (Android, iOS)
Remember to send all the necessary information for a faster account recovery process!
