If you'd like to clear out your roster, go to the roster and tap on the "scrap" button. You'll be brought to a screen where you can individually select characters to scrap, or tap on the "select all" button to select all. Once you have selected the characters, tap on the "scrap" button. You are only able to scrap 1-star characters.
